Friends of the Mahomet Public Library is a volunteer organization that supports the library through special projects, including book sales and special programs

Membership in Friends is only $5 per year per individual or $10 per family. Benefits include early admission to book sales and the opportunity to participate in activities and meet other people who share your interest in the library. To join, please fill out this application form and return it to the library.

Run for the Library 2012

Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2012 Run for the Library to support the Mahomet Public Library and the Mahomet Rotary Club.

Book Sales

The Friends thank everyone who contributed to the success of our Winter and Spring Book Sales. We made a profit of $1,460 to provide funding for various programs and projects of the library.

The Friends also sponsor a booksehlf in the library where you can find books to purchase any day.
